Happy Halloween! The holidays are here, whether we are ready or not! Here is a cute little Halloween kitty for you. Feel free to make him in different colors or add a nose, mouth and neck ribbon. He's very versatile and has a cardboard disc in the bottom to help him stand up well. He also has a pipecleaner in the tail so that you can curl it up. Hope you like him! If you knit him up send me a pic for my guest gallery.

I hope you like this Anniversary Scarf. I made it to wear to dinner on our 9th anniversary this year. It's made of I love This Cotton so it's really soft and light weight. I used a new stitich I'm calling the Half-Stockinette. This pattern was made especially for Authentic Knitting Board for their new Tadpole loom. Go to knittingboard.com for the Anniversary Scarf pattern and lots of other great patterns.

So many loomers have been talking about illusion knit patterns that I decided to check it out and see what it was all about. I found this lovely Christmas Tree Illusion Cloth on Ravelry done by Lauras Knits. I was so please with how it came out. Laura has been kind enough to grant me permission to feature the loom converted pattern here. Stay tuned for more of Laura's patterns to be featured here.
